Direct Hire Placement - Hospice RN - Reading PAOVERVIEWOur client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting.
The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

Schedule and Shift Details
â—? Full-time Monday- Friday 8a-5p. Currently their on-call rotation is only 1 weekend every 5-7 weeks depending on staffing. When it is their scheduled weekend, they are on-call Friday from 5pm-8am, Saturday & Sunday from 8pm-8am.
