Spectra360 is hiring experienced Class A CDL OTR Drivers for nationwide routes across the lower 48 states. If you're looking for reliable miles, no-touch freight, modern equipment, and a company that values safe, professional drivers, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

Schedule

• OTR routes throughout the lower 48 states
• Typically out 2 weeks at a time
• Scheduled home time between runs
• Steady freight year-round with consistent miles

Equipment

• 2022 automatic transmission trucks
• Double sleeper cabs
• 53' dry van trailers
• Clean, late-model, well-maintained equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of recent OTR driving experience
• Clean driving record with no preventable accidents
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
• Ability to stay out on the road for extended trips and sleep in the truck
