Back of House Evening Staff

Chick-fil-A Oshkosh is hiring for Evening Back of House (Kitchen) Team Members.

We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals to join our evening kitchen crew. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, thrive under pressure, and take pride in working hard behind the scenes to prep and cook high-quality food, this is the place for you. Our evening shifts are perfect for students, professionals looking for a second income, or anyone wanting a structured schedule that leaves your mornings free.

Shift Times: Primarily 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (flexible start times available to accommodate class schedules). Please note that Saturday availability is required for this role so that our team can fairly share weekend shifts.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare Food: Cook, assemble, and prep food items accurately while following strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keep Things Moving: Work efficiently under pressure to ensure hot, fresh food gets out quickly during our heavy dinner rushes.
• Maintain the Kitchen: Keep the heart of the house clean, stock stations with fresh ingredients, and help with standard close-of-business cleaning tasks.
• Work as a Team: Coordinate closely with other kitchen staff and the front of house to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

What We Look For:

• Strong Work Ethic: A willingness to stay on your feet, move quickly, and work hard in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive Attitude: Someone who brings great energy, takes pride in food quality, and works well under pressure.
• Reliability: Punctuality is critical. We need team members who show up consistently and ready to work.
• Pace: Ability to multi-task, maintain focus, and move with urgency when the kitchen gets busy.

What We Offer:

• Closed on Sundays: A guaranteed day off every week for family, rest, or studies.
• Flexible Scheduling: We do our best to work around your school, sports, or family commitments.
• Free Meals: Enjoy a free meal during every shift you work.
• College Scholarships: Opportunities to apply for Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships.
• Growth Opportunities: We love to promote from within for leadership and kitchen management roles.
