Mechanical Assembler positions available in St. Joseph, MO & Wathena, KS starting at $21.37-$23.87/hour. Weekly pay. All shifts available.
1st Shift: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM — $21.37/hour
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM-10:00 PM — $23.87/hour
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM — $23.87/hour

If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints and hydraulic diagrams
- Prepare and fit multiple components together
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Perform rework as needed to meet quality standards
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Learn and follow work instructions and JQRs
- Operate department equipment safely and efficiently
- Support Lean Manufacturing (APS) initiatives
- Assist other production areas as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous mechanical assembly experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic diagrams
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
