We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work at our office location in South Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities Enter new hire information in ADP Processes driver settlements and payroll through Transportation Management System (TMW) Manage our Driver Sign-on and Referral Bonus process Administer employee benefit plans through ADP, including reconciliation of invoices Administer FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI processes Enter wage garnishment, unemployment, and third-party sick pay information in ADP and/or respond to state agencies Run , compare and analyze reports Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS Data entry experience with strong attention to detail Experience working with Confidential information Experience working with FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI preferred Transportation industry experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Hermann Services, Inc.
