Delivery Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst to provide targeted support. This role will help operationalize and accelerate a growing backlog of process improvement activities. The successful candidate will work directly with senior members of the Software Defined Vehicle organization to improve intake processes, enhance Jira data quality, document workflows, support estimation practices, and develop operational improvements that help teams work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, documentation, and continuous refinement of work-intake processes and request-management practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop intake templates, submission requirements, and decision-support materials.
• Document current-state processes using Confluence and other approved tools.
• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Perform ongoing review and maintenance of Jira tickets and backlog items.
• Coordinate with requestors and stakeholders to obtain missing information and improve ticket quality.
• Evaluate how work moves through the organization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
• Assist with the development of lightweight estimation frameworks and decision-support models.
• Support exploratory investigations into Atlassian Rovo capabilities and potential use cases.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Jira Cloud (1-2 years)
• Confluence (1-2 years)
• Familiarity with Atlassian Rovo
• Microsoft Office Suite

Advanced Jira administration experience is not required as the role is expected to operate as an effective business user of the platform rather than a system administrator or workflow engineer.
