Director of FP&A

Forward Air is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning for our Ground business. In this asset-light, fast-paced logistics environment, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, providing insights that guide pricing, network optimization, and capital investments. Partner closely with operations and executive leaders, build robust financial models and KPI dashboards, and present results to senior leadership. You will mentor a high-performing team while driving process improvements that support our safety-focused, performance-driven culture and nationwide growth.
