Competitive Compensation: Starting at $34.25 per hour with shift differential pay increase at $1.50 per hour.


Shift: Night Shift, 3-1-3 Rotating Schedule (on Fri, Sat & Sun. Off Mon. On Tues, Wed & Thurs-then reverse), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Casa Grande team, supporting the production of high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment, while also performing facility maintenance tasks such as building systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. Working under a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.

• Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics.

• Perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within assigned work area.

• Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.

• Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including, but not limited to, voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.

• Assist in resolving maintenance-related process problems which may require the proficient operation of that equipment.

• Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs.

• WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications
• An associate degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or similar field
of study.
• Previous experience 3 years preferred with the installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• A natural ability for problem-solving and continuous improvement in the
areas of safety, quality, and productivity.

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 20-30 pounds occasionally. Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
