IT Manager

LAFCU is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology team and oversee the technology that powers our organization. This leadership role is responsible for managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, networking, telecommunications, and helpdesk operations while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals while fostering a collaborative and service-focused culture. Oversee the daily operations of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and helpdesk functions. Plan, prioritize, and execute technology initiatives that support organizational goals while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and the employee and member experience. Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of the Credit Union's technology infrastructure. Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with NCUA regulations and industry standards. Coordinate disaster recovery planning, business continuity efforts, data backup strategies, and system redundancy. Manage internal and external IT audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation efforts. Partner with vendors and third-party technology providers to support business operations and future growth. Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure all systems remain properly patched, secured, and monitored. Deliver outstanding internal customer service by ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high service levels. Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
