Payroll Manager

Job Summary As Payroll Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end payroll processing for a large workforce across multiple states, ensuring accurate and timely compensation while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage multi‑entity payroll operations for up to 6,000+ employees. Design and maintain payroll systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements. Collaborate with HR, finance, and executive teams on payroll‑related matters. Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed. Lead and mentor payroll staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience managing payroll operations for a large and diverse workforce. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and payroll software. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
