• Shift: Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM; Call hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (1:3 call ratio)
• Hours/week: 40+ hours
• Employment Type: Contract (full-time)
• License/Certs: Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN care during clinic hours and hospital call shifts
• Perform rounding for patients in labor, delivery, or postpartum (30 min 1 hour daily)
• Respond to hospital calls within designated call ratio, documenting all contact hours and reasons in compliance with policy
• Document patient interactions and call back hours accurately for audit purposes
• Support labor and delivery units, providing obstetric and gynecological care as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes

What You Need

• Active Washington State medical license or IMLC
• Clean history and malpractice insurance required
• Ability to work independently during call shifts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to perform responsibilities in a community healthcare setting
