What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work within an assigned territory and meet face-to-face with

business owners and key decision-makers

. Your responsibilities will include:

Identify and develop new business opportunities Prospect for potential clients within your assigned territory Conduct business-to-business outreach and cold calling Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers Learn and present supplemental insurance products and coverage options Identify client needs and provide personalized coverage solutions Build and maintain long-term professional relationships Follow up with prospective and existing clients Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who may need additional service Build and maintain your own book of business Respond to client emails and phone calls professionally Participate in scheduled team meetings, coaching sessions, and training Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For

Has a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Is comfortable meeting and speaking with new people Has strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Can overcome challenges and remain persistent Is organized and capable of managing their own schedule Works well independently without constant supervision Is self-motivated and results-oriented Has a positive, outgoing, and energetic personality Is comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers Is willing to learn and continuously develop their sales skills Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer
