Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as necessary. Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions. Discuss patient findings and progress with the healthcare team. Adhere to workplace safety principles and maintain a safe environment. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality. Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
