Payroll Tech Director: Strategy, Automation & Reliability

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, CA, seeks a Director of Payroll Applications & Technology to own the strategy, reliability, modernization, and support of the North American payroll application ecosystem, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll. You will set the technology roadmap, build high-performing teams, govern delivery, and lead complex production issues. You will drive cross-functional partnerships with Payroll Operations, HR IT, Finance, and Information Security, ensure SOX and #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonypictures
