Creator Manager - TikTok LIVE

Location: Remote (Austin, TX), Flexible Hours Compensation: Commission + performance bonuses. Established CMs typically earn $5,000 – $10,000+/month About Kivari Kivari Network is an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network, founded by Brendan and Victoria and based in Austin, TX. We partner directly with TikTok to help creators grow their audience and build real income on LIVE. Creators never pay us anything, and we never take a cut of their earnings. TikTok pays Kivari based on how the creators in our network perform. That means our business only works when our creators actually grow, and that's exactly what we hire for. About the Role On our team, this role is called a Creator Manager (CM). As a CM, you're the link between new creators and everything Kivari has to offer. You'll use your connections in the content space to find creators who are new to LIVE or interested in getting started. From there, you'll onboard them into the network and connect them with Kivari's resources, including 1-on-1 coaching, co-host connections, TikTok campaigns, tournaments, and events. You're not expected to be a LIVE expert or coach. Your job is to bring the right creators in and make sure they're set up to succeed with the support we already have in place. How the Pay Works We want to be upfront about this because it's different from a salaried role. This is an independent contractor position, so you'll be paid on a 1099 basis and set your own schedule. There's no base pay. Your income comes from commission on the creators you bring into Kivari. As those creators go LIVE and earn, TikTok pays Kivari, and you earn a share of that revenue every month they stay active. On top of that, we run performance bonuses tied to milestones. Because you keep earning from every active creator on your list, your income builds over time instead of resetting each month. Your first months are about building that list. As it grows, so does your monthly income, which is how our established CMs reach $5K–$10K+ months. We'll walk you through the full commission structure in your interview, with real numbers. What You'll Do Connect with creators in your network and the broader content space to find people who are new to LIVE or want to start Explain what Kivari offers and help creators decide if it's the right fit for them Onboard new creators and get them set up to go LIVE Connect each creator with the Kivari resources that fit their goals Check in with your creators regularly so they stay active and keep getting value from the network What We Provide Full training on TikTok LIVE, the network model, and how to onboard creators A team that handles coaching and creator support, so you can focus on bringing in and onboarding creators Direct access to Brendan, Victoria, and our experienced CMs as you ramp up Clear tracking so you always know how your creators are performing and what you're earning You're Right for This If You: Have experience creating content or working with content creators, in any capacity Have connections in the creator space, or know how to build them Are comfortable reaching out to people and building genuine relationships Are self-driven and organized enough to work remotely without someone checking in on you Are excited by the idea of compounding income with no ceiling, where every creator you add grows what you earn Preferred Qualifications Experience with TikTok, live streaming platforms, or creator management Skills in relationship management, community building, or client and talent support, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships Strong organizational skills, including keeping track of multiple creators, following their progress, and prioritizing tasks effectively This is a niche role, and we don't expect you to know everything on day one.
