• A team player who wants to grow with a company long term

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Problems are diagnosed accurately and fixed right the first time

• Customers feel cared for, informed, and confident in their decisions

• You consistently hit your targets and earn above your base

• Your truck and job sites are clean and organized

• You grow into a leader who helps train the team as we expand

We're a growing company with big plans: more trucks, a dedicated install team, and leadership roles for the people who help us get there. If you're an above-average tech who wants to be rewarded for your work, enjoys a close-knit team, values real work-life balance with no on-call, and wants a real say in how the company grows, we'd love to meet you.
