Seeking a OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services in and around Everglades City, FL 34139- Collier County to provide treatment in residential homes: Make your own schedule.

$120/Evaluation + 2 unit tx

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluates and treats patients in Home settings
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy ,
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a Florida Occupational Therapist.
