The Team The Consulting & Analytics team, a crucial growth area for our business, is rapidly expanding. This global team operates in the US, Europe, and Asia and engages directly with clients on various projects, providing strategic support and advisory services. We cater to a wide range of client organizations, including major global pharma, startup biotechs, and industry stakeholders. The clients we serve are often senior decision‑makers needing thorough insights for informed decision‑making, right up to C‑level executives. Scope of Role As the Director & Competitive Intelligence Delivery Lead, you will occupy a leadership role within the Consulting & Analytics team. Your focus will revolve around managing the development and delivery of our Consulting & Analytics business, with an emphasis on Competitive Intelligence capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass three main areas: Competitive Intelligence Delivery Leadership: Take charge of competitive intelligence consulting offerings, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic development in collaboration with commercial and product teams. Selling and Business Development: Support the global commercial organization in pursuing consulting leads while leveraging your expertise to aid client discussions and relationship‑building. Client Project Execution: Work closely with global teams to deliver high‑quality consulting projects, acting as a leader in Competitive Intelligence, designing successful outcomes, and guiding project teams.
