Nutrition Specialist

Description Full‑time position. Will be trained in all areas of Nutrition Services including food preparation, cooking, cashier, room service, and equipment maintenance. Must be able to read diet instructions and communicate with a licensed dietitian regarding patient dietary requirements. Customer service and restaurant experience preferred. Responsibilities Food prep, cooking, cashier duties, room service, and equipment maintenance. Read and interpret diet instructions, communicate with dietitian about patient dietary requirements. Provide customer‑service support to patients, families, and staff. Qualifications Entry‑level; no prior experience required but customer service/restaurant skills are preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow diet instructions carefully.
