Company Description Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is a Colorado-based brewpub with two locations, including its original restaurant in Evergreen and a newer brewery and restaurant in Littleton. The Littleton location, situated at the northeast corner of C-470 and Ken Caryl Avenue, offers scenic foothills views and extensive outdoor seating, including dog-friendly areas. The company is known for classic craft beers, upscale comfort food, and highly regarded burgers in both Evergreen and Littleton. Guests enjoy a cozy lodge atmosphere with a welcoming neighborhood vibe and access to private event spaces for a variety of occasions. Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Littleton, CO. This role is responsible for driving sales of Lariat Lodge Brewing Company’s products within assigned territories, building strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, and expanding brand presence in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new accounts, visiting existing customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating placements, and ensuring consistent execution of promotional programs. The Territory Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams to coordinate inventory, deliveries, and marketing initiatives, and provides regular reporting on sales activities and performance. This position also involves hosting tastings or events, training account staff on product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of customer service to support long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to present product information clearly and build professional relationships. Proven sales experience, ideally in beverage or hospitality, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and account retention. Experience in training and educating account staff on product offerings and sales techniques. Sales management or territory management skills, including planning routes, prioritizing accounts, and reporting results. Knowledge of craft beer, brewing processes, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site, travel within the territory, and occasionally work evenings or weekends for events. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred: Previous experience in bar/restaurant, distributor, or brewery sales; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
