Dental Assistant – Encinitas, CA | $24-$30/hr + Benefits
Join a Modern Private Practice in Beautiful Encinitas!
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice. Whether you're an experienced assistant or a newer DA looking to build your skills, we'd love to meet you.
Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow.
Schedule
Full-Time Position
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort patients to treatment rooms
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
- Set up operatories, instruments, and materials for treatment
- Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take and process dental radiographs as needed
- Break down and disinfect treatment rooms between patients
- Maintain an organized clinical environment
- Support a positive patient experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- New Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply
- X-Ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Compensation
- $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience
