Shift Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Shift Manager will be responsible for coaching Crew Members, Cook, Prep cooks throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
