Office Assistant (Part-Time/Seasonal Position)

The Office Assistant will support the timely processing of paperwork to ensure customers are billed efficiently and drivers are paid weekly.

Responsibilities include receiving and logging incoming paperwork from drivers, reviewing and correcting paperwork before scanning into Centerboard, scanning paperwork and creating files, labeling files, creating billing requests, updating driver's spreadsheet to confirm they are paid, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include high school education or equivalent experience, strong attention-to-detail and excellent organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude for interacting with staff and management, and being punctual, results-oriented, and focused on problem-solving.

Physical requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus, talking and hearing, occasionally lifting office products and supplies up to 25 pounds, and ability to sit for long periods; stand and walk frequently; and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
