Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
