As a Coach, you will design and lead skill-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a Pickleball or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of this big Pickleball community, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. Lead structured practices Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement Individualize practices to suit each player's level Good communication Follow all health and safety guidelines Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team Qualifications Previous experience coaching Pickleball Comfortable with speaking to players Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required First aid and CPR-certified (prefered) Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
