Job Overview:
As a General Laborer, you'll support daily yard operations by handling scaffold equipment, moving materials, and assisting at multiple stations. You'll work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM and ending around 3:30 PM.
You'll be part of a team responsible for:
- Loading and unloading scaffolding gear
- Organizing materials using rollers and cable lines
- Keeping the worksite clean and safe
- Supporting team leads on various tasks throughout the shift
This is physically active work that requires strength, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same, you'll feel right at home here.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a clean background (for entry to Pearl Harbor)
- Own a reliable personal vehicle
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be able to lift and move materials regularly
- Show up on time and work well with a team
Forklift Certification is a plus! If you're certified, let us know - it could open additional opportunities onsite.

- Long pants
- Steel-toe boots
- Your own hard hat (required)
- We'll provide gloves and safety glasses as needed
