Regional Facilities Manager

Flow is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities. The role partners with General Managers and onsite teams to maintain safety, efficiency, and Flow standards. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership experience across multiple properties and mentoring onsite teams.
