Travel Registered Nurse RN Case Manager – OneStaff Medical Overview Case Management Nurses coordinate long‑term care for patients with a focus on keeping them healthy and out of the hospital. In this role, you may specialize in caring for patients with conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, or specific age groups such as geriatrics or pediatrics. You will research the latest treatment and procedures and collaborate with insurance companies to ensure patients receive the best possible, cost‑effective care. Responsibilities Coordinate long‑term care plans for patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Specialize in treatment of specific patient populations (e.g., HIV/AIDS, cancer, geriatrics, pediatrics). Research and implement up‑to‑date treatment protocols and procedures. Work with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and streamline care delivery. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of current work experience in case management. New York State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
