Phlebotomist II (Float)

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II (Float) to support our client's team in Liverpool, NY. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary:

This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. You'll rotate between multiple PSCs, including Baldwinsville, Camillus, Cazenovia, Cicero, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Liverpool, Pulaski, Syracuse & Watertown. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
• Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
• Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage workload independently in a solo work setting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable vehicle & Valid driver's license

Additional Information:

• Location: Liverpool, NY
• Job Type: 13-week contract
• Pay Range: $17 - $22 hourly
• Shifts: Mon–Fri: Between 7 AM – 5 PM (varied shifts)
• Rotating Sat: 8 AM – 12 PM
