Ryder is hiring a Class a NON CDL Truck Driver in Tustin, CA offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

$840 or more per week - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $21.00 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (OFF Wednesday & Thursday)
• Start Time: 7:00 am (8 hours per shift)
• OT Mandatory as needed

Deliver SOLO To: Orange County

• Route: Local Home Daily
• Tractor Type: Straight Truck
• Trailer Type: 26' Box Truck
• Equipment: Pallet Jack, Hand Truck and Lift Gates
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - Donated Goods
• Must be able to drive both Manual & Automatic

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
• 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
• Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Other tasks as assigned
