VersaClimber Fitness Coach | Mint Maui

Mint Maui is looking for an energetic, outgoing VersaClimber Fitness Coach to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who loves fitness, music, movement, and creating an incredible experience for a room full of people. Group fitness or coaching experience is amazing, but not required . We’re happy to train the right person who brings great energy, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Our VersaClimber classes are rhythm-based, high-energy, and driven by music, so being musically inclined and comfortable moving to a beat is a must .

We’d love someone who:

• Is outgoing, positive, and comfortable leading a room
• Has a strong sense of rhythm and loves music
• Brings energy and personality to every class
• Is reliable, professional, and a great communicator
• Is passionate about fitness and helping people feel successful
• Is coachable and excited to learn the Mint method
• Has group fitness, dance, coaching, or teaching experience, although this is not required

The Role

You’ll lead high-energy VersaClimber classes at Mint Maui, coaching clients through an effective, music-driven workout while creating the welcoming, motivating experience our community knows and loves.

Experience is a plus. Personality, musicality, reliability, and the ability to connect with people are what we care about most.
