• Conducting a range of ultrasound examinations—abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures by explaining each step with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborating closely with radiologists and referring physicians to guarantee high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions.
• Accurately documenting procedures and maintaining patient records within the electronic medical system.
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices.

Educational Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred.

Certification Requirements:

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.

Necessary Skills:
