Position Overview: Facilities Technicians will oversee maintenance for multiple locations in DFW. This role ensures our salons are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Management:

• Perform maintenance tasks (repairs, painting, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and repair salon fixtures.

• Address emergency maintenance issues.

• Manage supply procurement and expense reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas.

• Plumbing:

• Modify plumbing fixtures as needed.

• Fix minor leaks and complete drywall repairs.

• Electrical:

• Diagnose basic electrical issues.

• Install fixtures and outlets.

• HVAC:

• Adjust thermostat settings and dampers.

• Collaborate with HVAC vendors.

• Relationships:

• Communicate with management and salon professionals.

• Deliver reliable service to prevent backlog.

• Qualifications:

• Knowledge of commercial property maintenance.

• Flexible to handle emergencies.

• Strong plumbing and communication skills.

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Compensation:

• Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience, with annual bonuses.
