PRN Physical Therapist

At Matthews Sports Training, we're hiring for a PRN Physical Therapist who is ready to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the lives of athletes, active adults, and the communities we serve.

From orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to sports performance and return-to-play care, you'll gain exposure to a diverse caseload that fuels your passion for sports medicine and evidence-based physical therapy.

Your responsibilities as a PRN Physical Therapist include:

• Delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrating a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
