About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead all aspects of design, from digital content to advertising, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, who can manage a diverse creative team while enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring consistency across digital, and advertising materials
• Lead the digital content strategy, including social media, website assets, and video production
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to align creative direction with business goals
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Use data-driven insights to optimize design strategies for engagement, conversion, and brand impact
• Work on a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week in Bayonne, NJ

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Creative Director or senior design leadership role in the beauty industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, and advertising design
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional creative teams
• Deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning
• Knowledge in virtually any design tool (adobe, figma, misc AI, video editing, color correction)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies
