ABOUT THE ROLE

The Global Influencer Lead is responsible for building, scaling, and continuously evolving AB InBev’s influencer marketing capabilities across governance, technology, measurement, enablement, and market adoption. This role ensures our global marketing teams have access to the tools, standards, frameworks, and training required to execute influencer/creator marketing initiatives responsibly, effectively, and at scale. As part of the in-house agency team, draftLine, the role serves as AB InBev’s subject matter expert on the influencer economy, maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving landscape, emerging platforms, cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and industry best practices. The Lead continuously monitors shifts across the creator ecosystem and translate industry developments into actionable recommendations that inform future capabilities, partnerships, and ways of working. Working closely with Brand, Legal, Compliance, Martech, Analytics, Communications, and local market teams, the Lead helps ensure AB InBev remains culturally relevant and positioned at the forefront of influencer marketing. Priorities Market Capabilities & Adoption Build and scale the frameworks, tools, training programs, and playbooks to strengthen influencer marketing capabilities across brands globally, driving adoption and capability maturity Influencer Governance Evolution Lead the continuous evolution of AB InBev’s influencer governance framework, ensuring scalable processes, clear standards, and effective best practices Technology & Platform Innovation Strengthen influencer intelligence by optimizing our tech stack and building strategic partnerships with leading platforms, agencies, and creator tools Measurement Establish and evolve standards for effective influencer performance measurement, reporting, and operational effectiveness, helping drive data-informed decisions across the global marketing organization Thought Leadership & Future-Proofing Act as AB InBev’s leading voice on the influencer economy, maintaining a deep understanding of emerging platforms, cultural shifts, creator trends, and evolving best practices, while translating these insights into actionable guidance for long-term relevance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
