Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician / Lead / Supervisor to join our team in New London, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a strong technical background, and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the facility is operating at peak performance.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in training new maintenance staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a maintenance environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
