The Fire Chasers and Sales Associates role is a Field Sales Representative position focused on connecting with property owners affected by fire, water damage and Mold. This role involves assessing damage, guiding customers through the restoration process, and maintaining trust and professionalism during stressful situations. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the position involves local travel with Company Vehicle servicing both residential and commercial properties, with opportunities for career growth and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers affected by fire, water and Mold damages
• Assess property damage to provide accurate sales consultations
• Guide clients through the restoration process
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication throughout
• Build trust and provide calming support during stressful events
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Coordinate follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in restoration sales or related fields
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
