MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are NOW HIRING Picker/Packers in Hebron, KY!

Available 1st Shift Schedules:

Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Sunday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.

Pack items securely and prepare orders for shipment.

Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.

Inspect products for damage or quality concerns.

Scan products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Label boxes, packages, and materials as required.

Sort and organize products in designated warehouse locations.

Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.

Basic math and inventory-counting skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Must be able to work on-site in Hebron, KY.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
