Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive, professional, and team‑oriented culture. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in early childhood education is a strong plus. Adaptability, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements.
