Customer Service Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a transportation based company near the Phoenix airport who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communications, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6a-3pm. Hourly pay starts at $21/hr.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, account information, and general questions.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems.

Process customer requests and complete required documentation with a high level of accuracy.

Communicate with internal departments to research and resolve customer issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Assist with account maintenance, service inquiries, and general administrative support.

Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Transportation, logistics, fleet, or related industry experience is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.

Bilingual Spanish preferred ($1.00/hour bilingual differential).
