Production Manager

A leading company in the custom stone and cabinetry manufacturing industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations across a manufacturing team
Manage workflow, scheduling, and output to meet production goals and deadlines
Ensure quality standards are met in countertop fabrication, stone cutting, and cabinetry production
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA compliance
Drive efficiency improvements and optimize production processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production management role
Experience with stone fabrication, countertops, or cabinetry strongly preferred
Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules effectively
Strong understanding of safety standards and operational best practices
Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
