Your Mission

As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll be the bridge between our powerful brand and the families we serve. You'll guide homeowners through their remodeling journey with empathy, confidence, and integrity.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Consultative Sales : Meet with homeowners, assess their goals, and present tailored solutions for decks, repairs, and more.
• Sales Process Management : Take clients from the first handshake to a signed agreement. Create quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth project handoff.
• Crushing Sales Targets : Own your goals and hit them with passion. We don’t just measure your numbers—we celebrate them.
• Market Mastery : Stay sharp on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor moves to stay 3 steps ahead.
• Client Relationships : Build long-term trust. Be the rep people refer to, remember, and return to.

What You Bring:

• Proven track record in sales, or a natural drive to win and serve
• Charisma, confidence, and exceptional people skills
• Consultative mindset with persuasive follow-through
• Tech comfort: CRM tools, sales platforms, etc.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Flexibility for evening/weekend appointments when needed

• $150,000–$200,000+ per year (Base + Commission Structure)

• Consultative Sales : Conduct thorough assessments of customers' needs and provide tailored solutions. Present our range of services including custom deck building/deck repairs, etc., to potential customers. Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Sales Process Management : Guide potential customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to project completion. Conduct detailed project assessments, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and negotiate contract terms to maintain desired profitability. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project handoff and exceptional customer experience.
• Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, sales presentations, and follow-up plans. Regularly track and report on your sales activities and progress.
• Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and pricing to position yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert.

• Have a desire to earn upside income.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse product line effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative, yet persuasive and confident approach to selling.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Technologically savvy with experience using various software applications/platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for attending customer meetings and site visits, company events, trade shows, etc.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required by customer availability and project demands.
