What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor Powertrain? You’ll be:
- Supervising, evaluating, and empowering an hourly team that produces high-quality manufactured products while organizing workflow to meet daily productivity requirements.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through effective coaching and verification of operations.
- Driving to exceed personal, team, and company goals by holding yourself and your team to high performance standards through servant leadership.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience, demonstrating a strong leadership capability.
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.   Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends 
- Hold a High School Diploma/GED and are committed to maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
