JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• To join the Finance group, my client is looking for a mid-level attorney.
• You will offer advice on a variety of customized credit options.
• The lawyer will play a key role in documenting and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including employee co-invest lines of credit, management company lines of credit, NAV-based financings, and subscription facilities.
• Collaborate with seasoned lawyers on high-profile financial transactions.
• Expand your knowledge of intricate financial structures and be exposed to international legal standards.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Three to five years of expertise in finance law.
• Solid experience recording and negotiating commercial lending agreements, including cash flow loans, asset-based lending (ABL), and specialist or lender finance issues.
• Knowledge of private client-focused facilities, such as subscription lines of credit, NAV-based financing, management company lines of credit, and staff co-invest lines of credit.
• Knowledge of both secured and unsecured funding.
• The capacity to cooperate with cross-functional teams and handle complicated transactions.
• Must be open to working out of our New York office.
