Senior Director, Finance and Strategic Modeling
Revolution Medicines
Senior Director of Finance and Strategic Modeling who will lead financial analysis and modeling for portfolio strategy, partnership evaluation, and long-range planning at an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company. Reports to VP of FP&A and Strategy from headquarters in Redwood City, California.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models including P&L, valuation, NPV, and DCF analyses
- Develop financial models supporting business development and corporate strategy initiatives
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform portfolio decisions
- Partner with commercial and program management teams to align assumptions and projections
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations on single assets and broader portfolio strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years finance, banking, or consulting experience
- Advanced Excel-based financial modeling capability
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Self-directed work style with initiative and resourcefulness
- Oncology industry experience preferred
