Job Summary:
The location is in Anchorage, Alaska. The position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist specializing in cardiovascular procedures. The role involves providing advanced cardiac and interventional radiology care in a high-acuity environment, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Shift: 10-hour days, starting 09/21/2026.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with availability for on-call coverage as required.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS; valid state license (or pending license with an expected processing time of 10-12 weeks); two years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology setting; experience with accurate monitoring, angioplasty, cardiac ablation, stent placement, and use of Philips X-Ray System.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified in EP, IR, vascular, and neuro procedures; proficiency with thrombectomy devices, atherectomy devices, and temporary LVAD support; experience with community hospital settings and charting systems such as Epic.
• Float: May float within scope to interventional radiology or electrophysiology departments to meet facility needs; no float to unrelated departments.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be able to work during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) and is limited to submitting only to one approved region. Valid state license required or in process; candidates outside 50 miles of the facility are preferred. References covering at least one year are required. Travel compliance includes a maximum assignment duration of one year, with a minimum six-month break before returning, and the necessity of supplying or paying for communication devices if not provided.
