Travel Social Work - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - $2,700 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Santa Monica, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Shift: 8a- 6:30p, 4x10 shifts, ideally Saturday- Tuesday.

Certification Required:

AHA - BLS/CPR

LCSW State of CA must be active

Float: Not required

On Call: Not required

Charting: Epic

This social worker provides support to the psychiatry consult liaison service. Interventions include collateral for initial psychiatric evaluation. Also, works on community placement for patients meeting criteria for inpatient psychiatric care. Other support, as needed

Perform Bio-psychosocial assessments

Provide patient and family education, support and advocacy

Work with multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Assess response to treatment

Biopsychosocial assessment

Documents pertinent information to facilitate care coordination

Documentation of care delivery, plan, goals, etc

Knowledge of Protective services

Emergency detention

Guardianship

Power of Attorney

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

High risk intervention patient vulnerability or safety risk

Knowledge of cultural issues
