THE WORKThe selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager (OPM) for multiple programs within the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) Market Segment, including TPY-4 and TPS-77 product lines.Responsibilities include:• Lead a team of Manufacturing Project Managers (MPMs) working multiple programs, providing direction and guidance to them, and serve as a POC to program managers and the program director.• Manage multi-site manufacturing execution and lead proposal & baseline efforts supported by MPMs on the team.• Manage program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses.• Oversee Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for the portfolio.• Manage execution by multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production supervisors, and the materials team.• Collaborate with other functions such as sourcing, hardware engineering, and quality to be successful.Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.WHO YOU AREYou are a decisive leader with a strong operational understanding of manufacturing core functions and a proven track record of managing complex programs across multiple sites.
