Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Blue Bird Day , you will provide A pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive Salary: $80,000-$85,000
